Orders Grid - Load Time: We've enhanced the speed of our Order Grid! Thanks to optimizations in our data processing, you can now expect faster loading times when viewing orders. Your experience should be noticeably smoother and more responsive.
ODBC - Refresh Timeout: We have implemented change so that the system will automatically trigger a timeout event if an ODBC refresh becomes unresponsive. This change allows you to attempt another refresh or cancel the import.
Ship From Locations - Inventory Source: We’ve modified the database to ensure that inventory sources now correctly update on Ship From locations. This fix restores the expected functionality, allowing updates to inventory sources without any data loss or discrepancies. Previously, attempts to update the inventory source connected to a Ship From location were not saving as expected.
XCover Insurance(UK): For our UK merchants not already using XCover, we have made it easier to access this insurance option. When shipping with ShipStation Carriers, we now display XCover in the insurance dropdown, along with the Terms & Conditions. This update simplifies the process and allows you to purchase XCover seamlessly.
Shopify: We've made updates to ensure a smoother experience when connecting your Shopify store to ShipStation:
Automated Store Addition: ShipStation will now automatically add your Shopify store if it's not already present and enable automatic updates when necessary.
Preventing Duplicates: For stores already linked, our system will prevent duplicate stores for a more streamlined and organized experience.

Beyond marking the shipment in ShipStation, there may be additional requirements like special paperwork or packing stickers. DHL eCommerce (US) - Estimated delivery date: We’ve fixed a discrepancy so now the Estimated Delivery Date reflects the exact estimated delivery days and matches what DHL eCommerce provides.
DPD Ireland - Sender Name: We’ve corrected an issue so now a company name will appear if there is no name in the Ship From field. Previously, the sender name did not appear on labels generated for DPD Ireland.
DPD UK - International Shipment Weight: You can now create and send labels for DPD UK international shipments as expected. Previously, merchants were unable to create DPD international labels due to this weight error message suggesting the order item weights exceeded the shipment weight: Maximum value exceeded | consignment[0].totalWeight (Validation, Carrier Error Code: 1015). (400, db3b355b-140a-4727-907d-d567d03a6264)

Selling Channels
Amazon Buy Shipping - Rates: Fixed an issue so that now rates for Amazon Buy Shipping will load successfully, even when large responses are received. Previously, due to the size of the response attempts when using the rate browser, Amazon Buy Shipping rates would not load on some orders, resulting in an infinite spinning wheel.
ShipNotify for split and merged shipment costs: Now when we send a shipment notification back to ChannelAdvisor (CA), these include shipment cost for shipments that have been either split or merged in ShipStation. This feature notifies CA with a complete or partial fulfillment as well as letting you track and report on total costs via CA. These costs are also available in your ShipStation order totals.
Marked as Shipped: Orders that have been marked as Shipped in ChannelAdvisor will now correctly update their status in ShipStation.
Import Order Item Options: We have fixed several issues relating to importing Item Options on ChannelAdvisor orders:

Flag and Flag Description now import successfully into Internal Notes within ShipStation.
Multi-item orders now correctly import all products and quantities,as expected.

Install Shopify Application: We have fixed a problem so now you can download the Shopify Application and configure or reinstall your store as expected. Previously, this action was still possible, but merchants saw a confusing message about the application not being supported: "This app is currently unsupported. It may not work as expected until the developer updates it. You can contact the developer via their Shopify App Store page or website."
Duplicate Stores: We have corrected a problem so that now you will no longer duplicate Shopify stores. Previously, some merchants reported seeing duplicate Shopify stores.
Duplicate Orders - Shopify International Orders with Global-e: We have corrected an issue with Global-e so that orders now import and process as expected. Previously, some merchants saw ShipStation import orders correctly but then occasionally requested duplicate quantity(s) of an item on the original order. That in turn impacted inventory, as well as the tax and duty paid on that item.
Shopify Checkout Rates: You can now see the option to use ShipStation’s calculated rates in your Shopify store when you go to the Checkouts Rates tab in your Shopify Store Settings and re-add checkout rates. Previously, an issue prevented merchants from correctly seeing the option to use ShipStation calculated rates in their Shopify store.
