This round of release notes covers several updates and improvements to integrations like BigCommerce, Australia Post, and FedEx. There were also several quality of life improvements for the ShipStation app to make processes run smoother.

- NZ Post International - The ETOE Tracked SG and ETOE Semi-Tracked Packet SG ALG services are now available when shipping with NZ Post International.

- BigCommerce: ShipStation’s has updated the price mapping from orders of our BigCommerce integration. Shipping insurance is included to the Shipping price, Coupons are included on the Discounts portion of Order Details.

- Ship From Form - We fixed an issue that would sometimes show an error when you click Save in the Edit Ship From Location view.
- Automated Emails - Emails sent using email automation rules will now be sent successfully. Previously, an error message ‘The SMTP host was not found’ prevented emails from being sent.
- Import Orders via CSV - Merchants on the Starter plan will no longer erroneously see the Import Orders option in the Other Actions menu of the Orders Grid. CSV imports are available to merchants on the Bronze plan or higher.

- Australia Post eParcel:
- We corrected an issue with Manifest ship date so it will now show the expected close date instead of showing the next day.
- Merchants will no longer encounter a timeout error when manifesting shipments.
- Kaufland (Germany) - We updated our integration with Kaufland so it will import addresses with the proper German Address format.
- FedEx:
- We fixed the broken tracking links for FedEx UK users so it will now lead to the proper tracking page.
- We updated FedEx tracking events that were showing inaccurate times.
- SEKO LTL - We resolved an issue so that merchants will no longer encounter the error Execution prevented because the circuit breaker is open (Generic) preventing them from shipping with SEKO LTL.
- Sendle - We fixed an issue so that pick-up emails will be sent to the sender email address instead of the recipient address.
- DHL Express - Resolved an issue so that the correct rates will be displayed for DHL Express shipments to restricted destinations. Previously, surcharges for restricted and elevated risk destinations were not being included in the rate displayed in ShipStation.
- UPS - Multi-package ground shipments will now display the correct delivery estimates. Previously, multi-package shipments with a total weight greater than 150 pounds did not display delivery estimates correctly.
Selling Channels
- eBay - We corrected the carrier code for DPD Germany so marketplace notifications will send properly.
- VisualSoft - We updated our integration with VisualSoft so ShipStation sends the appropriate carrier code for DX. It will no longer appear as “Other” within VisualSoft.
- Shopify - We fixed an issue so that discounted items on Shopify orders will no longer be removed and readded to the order in ShipStation. Now, you can use Scan to Verify on Shopify orders with discounted items.
- ODBC - Updating the field mapping for an ODBC store connection no longer causes the Requested Service field mapping to be erroneously removed.
- NETO by Maropost - When importing orders from NETO, the Company Name now imports from the shipping address. Previously, the Company Name was being pulled from the billing address causing the company name to be incorrect.
