Improvements

 

  • Etsy merchants rejoice! ShipStation can now import the Etsy gift flag and gift message when present on the Etsy order!
  • You can now create labels for multi-package shipments when using ShipStation’s Scan to Verify & Print feature! If your selected carrier supports multi-package shipping, click the + sign next to the package drop-down to add your packages with weights and dimensions. If the + sign is not present, your selected carrier does not support multi-package.

  • We’ve added more actions to the Shipments Batches screens. You can now access the shipping sidebar to configure shipping options for open batches without clicking back to the Orders tab. You can also tag and use bulk actions while in this view. One other thing to note, if a batch is assigned to a user other than the logged in user, the Remove and Cancel buttons will be grayed out with a tooltip to explain why.

  • We now support Walmart’s Delivered status. Your Walmart order imports should now proceed correctly even if some orders are in the Delivered status. All orders in the Delivered status will import into ShipStation's Shipped status.
  • For our UK accounts: 
    • Parcelforce Worldwide can now ship internationally! Parcelforce has added 3 international services to the ShipStation integration: Euro Priority, Euro Economy, and Euro Priority Pack. (This is for the direct integration only and does not affect Parcelforce from ShipStation.)
    • You can now add your tax identifiers in bulk instead of one at a time!
  • For our Canada accounts, we now offer built in Canpar Express services with ShipStation One Balance. This allows you to create Canpar Express labels without signing up for your own Canpar Express account. You’ll have a single balance to add funds to (“one balance,” get it?) and as we add carriers, all labels will be purchased using the balance available to those carriers.

Bug Fixes

 

  • You can now add Shipsurance funds to the Shipsurance balance through the cost review page (affects Canada and US accounts only).
  • The Branded Returns Portal will now properly display the logos uploaded to your store’s Branding tab.
  • You can now use the Advanced Search function to search for order numbers starting with a # symbol.
  • When you delete a Parent product record, the Parent’s variant products will now also be removed. 
  • For our Australia merchants using DHL Express, the DHL Express settings page will now load without receiving an error. 
  • Fixed: (beta feature) The “Review Adjustments” link when creating delivery options for Shopify stores was unresponsive after initial click.  
  • Fixed: Some accounts were unable to scroll in the “Closed” tab of the End of Day screen in the Shipments tab.
  • Fixed: The Canada Post Carriers page didn’t properly store the setting for the Canada Post account’s payment method.
  • Fixed: Purolator labels were printing with the origin address instead of the return address.
  • Fixed: There was an issue causing the Rate Browser insurance to be incorrectly calculated for Canpar shipments.
  • Fixed: FedEx multi-package shipments. When you add a Confirmation option to a FedEx multi-package shipment, the rate estimate did not accurately reflect confirmation surcharges.
