When purchasing postage for orders using Global Post Standard, we are limited to 20 or fewer line items. Anything over that number gets an Error Message (see attached).
This seems like an arbitrary number as we can switch to USPS Priority Mail International and complete the postage purchase and it shipped using the same service.
Right now, support is using a work around which suggests splitting the order into multiple shipments to reduce the number of line items, in our case 60. This workaround would produce 3 shipments rather than just one, which is impractical for a number of reasons.
This seems like bad error handling or software development.
