I've recent set up a new trial.
Canada based, hopefully using Purolator Domestic and International.
From what I understand Purolator only offers Domestic services via ShipStation. Is that correct?
I added my own Purolator account and am able to get rates from an order. However, I cannot get international rates using the "Rates" window.
I receive an error that states the following:
"One or more providers reported an error. Receiver State is a mandatory field."
The issue is there is no "State" field to fill out since the Rates form only provides City and Postal/Zip Code.
So my two questions are:
1) Is it indeed the case that Purolator in Canada does not offer it's U.S. shipping services if using the integrated Purolator carrier.
2) The error when getting rates, is there a solution to this?
