Two issues:
1. Currently we don’t have the ability to remove the MARKETPLACE SELLER wording from the Royal Mail labels.
This sounds like a small issue but it is huge writing and looks terrible and I've never seen it before. Totally unnecessary and stops us from being able to use this potentially amazing service until resolved.
2. When the label is downloaded for printing, some kind of receipt is in the same file so you have to deselect/delete the receipt page. An unnecessary hassle but not the end of the world...
Thanks for any thoughts.

Regarding your question about Royal Mail, I checked in with our development team, and here’s the latest update:
1)We inquired whether the Marketplace Seller designation could be removed, but Royal Mail confirmed it’s required to help them identify shipments within their network. Unfortunately, this means it cannot be removed at this time.
2)If you’re referring to the Certificate of Posting, we are exploring the possibility of disabling this for Parcel Collect and Drop Off services. It will, however, remain for Bring My Label services.
We don’t have an ETA yet, but we’ll be sure to share an update as soon as one becomes available.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out!
I will be sure to update the community when these are all completed!
Happy Shipping!

Hi Cara,
Thanks for your previous response to @tk1234.
I have exactly the same two issues they raised, particularly around the Certificate of Posting printing by default.
You mentioned back then that you were exploring the possibility of disabling the Certificate of Posting for Parcel Collect and Drop Off services. Has there been any update on this?
The reason I'm asking is that I'm currently still using Royal Mail Click & Drop because of this issue. I'd love to switch to ShipStation's Royal Mail integration for the workflow benefits, but the automatic printing of proof of postage sheets at the end of each batch is a blocker for me. At high volumes, it wastes a significant number of labels.
Click & Drop allows me to access proof of postage digitally when needed without it printing automatically every time, so I'm hoping ShipStation has now added a setting to disable this or make it optional.
Any update would be really appreciated, as I'm keen to consolidate everything into ShipStation if this can be resolved.
Thanks,
Joe Dickinson

I connected with our development team regarding the Certificate of Posting, and they anticipate it will be completed by early 2026. I’ve set a reminder to check in shortly after the start of the year, and I’ll be happy to share an update with the community when I have more information.
Happy Shipping!

That would be amazing, thank you.
I also wanted to add a small suggestion while you’re reviewing the Certificate of Posting feature. Since ShipStation now offers collections at the same rate as drop-off, it would be really helpful if the Certificate of Posting didn’t automatically print for collection orders either.
Click & Drop already allows you to opt out of printing them and instead save a digital version for both collections and drop-offs. Having the same option in ShipStation would save a lot of unnecessary printing and make the workflow much smoother.
Thanks again for looking into this—it's genuinely appreciated.
