We have been using click and drop for a number of years and have combined different companies and connect all via their API. We have recently been trying out shipstation with some issues, but we're trying to power through.
On C&D it allows you to set the order by department, so the finance team understand who to charge for the shipping costs. This isn't available on shipstation and with such a simple click option of which company/store, it should be available. It should be as easy to set on the store integrations or shipping defaults per store.
