Prime Orders Still Requiring Use of Amazon Buy Shipping despite OCT 1 Change

Hi, has anyone found a workaround or resolution to not use Amazon Buy Shipping for a Prime Order? As of OCT 1 this is no longer an Amazon requirement. However, I cannot generate a non Amazon Buy Shipping Label within ShipStation for a Prime Order. My calls to support fell flat.

Shipping Amazon Prime orders with a provider besides Amazon Buy Shipping will result in a penalty on your Amazon Seller account. Please select a different service from the Amazon Buy Shipping provider.

I can confirm that you are not alone.  I made a ticket last week about this exact issue and I got the standard "we have received your ticket and will update you when we have something" that you always get when you submit a problem.

Thank you both for reaching out and for being a part of our community. I looked into this and I see that this should be resolved as of yesterday evening. Are either of you still getting this error?
