So, both of my reps (UPS & FedEx) are showing me these new service levels and trying to get us to use them. UPS has the new Simple Rate program (to compete with FedEx's 2-Day One Rate program) FedEx has a new program for lightweight packages which has no minimum weight (sorry, I can't recall the program name for this one). Both of these could be very useful to us except they are not supported by Shipstation.
Unlike other companies, I negotiate our rates with our carriers personally and I would like to take advantage of these potential game changers (especially right before the crazy holiday rush), but the issue I keep running into is that they are not available through Shipstation.
Both reps claim they have reached out to Shipstation without success in trying to get these programs/service levels added to no avail.
