Unable to add credit card to One Account or Integrate with Canada Post

Hi,
The integration with Canada Post is not working, after inputing my Ventura One information the option does not appear under Carrier.
As an alternative I am looking to use the One Balance instead, but when I try to add my credit card an error message appear "We could not process your request. Please verify that your payment information is correct and try again.. Payment Server Exception Code 0x08010601; module 2049 category 6 item 1. ()".
Please help!

Same error its annoying, almost no point in using Shipstation anymore

Similar to this. A business partner got these errors: "We encountered an error processing your payment details. Please review your card details and try again."
