I've had a website built through Wordpress and Woocommerce. I had connected shipstation successfully initally before the developer made the website. Now shipstation will not connect to my store via woocommerce. It says invalid authentication key. I've tried to copy and paste the auth key that is shown in wordpress but it is not working. I've deleted the plugin and reinstalled as well. Any ideas?
