I'm having a lot of difficulty finding even where to contact actual support, I'm just thrown in a loop of chat suggested articles.
I have a website on a subdomain for development and I'm attempting to connect to ShipStation for the first time. When I click on Connect to a Store or Marketplace, I find WooCommerce, type in my Authentication Key and Store URL, test the connection (that works fine) but then when I click the "Connect" button it outputs: "Request failed with status code 403" every time.
Is this because the website is on a subdomain? Is it a security setting blocking this? The test connection works immediately every time but then to move forward by clicking "Connect" it just fails and I'm stuck in the popup screen and can't move forward.
