I understand that ShipStation will only show customers the cheapest rate for each service our store uses. Our business offers parts for machines that when broken, stop production of our customers. When a part breaks, they often want it as quickly as we can get it to them, not the cheapest/slowest rate. Customers need more than just the cheapest of each carrier offered. Can ShipStation show more shipping options on our website? Many places I shop online myself offer 3 tiers of shipping determined by how quickly I want the item. That would be preferred through ShipStation.
