We get calls from UPS asking for the customers Email address on a regular basis. Usually when UPS is trying to deal with customs entry in the foreign country. Shipstation already has the customers email address as they are sending the shipping notificiations. Is there a reason this email is not transferred to UPS with the customs declaration? If I were using UPS Worldship the customers email address is entered in the UPS system. Is there some setting that I am missing?
