We got a message from Stamps.com that we had to update our login password. BUT NOTHING ABOUT UPDATING SHIPSTATION TO SYNC THE NEW PASSWORD.
If only that message from Stamps.com included this detail, we would not have lost 2 days of business and hours on support help.
Fortunately, ShipStation support figured this out. BUT EVEN SHIP STATION USER GUIDES DON'T DISCLOSE THIS DETAIL!!!
And, ShipStation error message DID NOT MAKE ANY REFERENCE TO THIS ISSUE.
If this happens to you... change Stamps.com password and then in ShipStation, you must update the authorized carrier link with the new password.
