I have a missing package that has exceeded the guaranteed delivery time, but the chat is not working to contact customer service. No matter what I type in, it responds instantly with the following:
"Whoops! A technical glitch just snuck in. ๐ค Try rephrasing your question, please."
Clearing cache and cookies, using incognito, using other devices, and different browsers all result in the same error. I already tried calling Shipstation and they said they don't allow phone support for Paypal users.
Does anyone have any suggestions or is it simply down for days now? Thanks in advance!
