ss is not updating with new orders from the store

New V3 app store in our account this morning and now our orders are being updated to shipstation? We did nothing different this am when we showed to work. Got the first round of orders that were in shipstation done and labels printed. First indication that something was wrong was that the notifications did not send. Then back at our BC store the orders were not updated to shipped.

Help please.....
