Our [insert specific user name here]  user is unable to access the help section or print end of day forms.  The help section gives some html read text about not being available.  The EOD says it’s downloading but never goes anywhere or does anything.  That user is the one responsible for creating the EOD forms so, again, shipstation is prohibiting us from doing our jobs correctly.  These situations have cost me hundreds of dollars in extra labor charges in a week alone.  PLEASE FIX IT.
