Basic Hot Key Function

Hello,

The Basic Hot Key Function does not work for me on the new layout. The Custom Shipping Presets do not work as the command show. For example, when I use Ctrl + A it highlights the whole web browser.  The purpose to be able to use these function is so we can enter the shipping much faster on busy days. This just delays it and it takes more time selecting everything when we have over 100 orders to get through.

Any one else having this issue with the new layout?

This issue has not been resolved. I use a Windows 10 Pro. Not sure if the program is not compatible with this computer version. But I find myself going back to the Old Layout to use the hot keys to make the process move faster on busy days.
