I created a custom label through RATE BROWSER. After the information and carrier were entered, I paid the shipping and chose "DOWNLOAD LABEL".
No label was downloaded, although the funds were removed from my account. There is a history of the transaction, but, again, no label.
Any ideas?

No, unfortunately, that's not where it is.
I did just find it though... Shipments>Returns
