Has anyone found a way in ShipStation to 'Accept' an order in the Mirakl platform so the contact details are transmitted from Mirakl to ShipStation (via Mirakl Connect)? Currently, we have to log into Mirakl, accept the order, and only then does the integration pass the recipient contact details to ShipStation via the Mirakl Connect integration.
We thought using the 'Mark As Paid' in ShipStation platform would have marked this order as Accepted in the Mirakl platform, however it does not. It simply moves the order from Awaiting Payment to Awaiting Shipment. Unless we are overlooking a feature in ShipStation to 'Accept' the order in Mirakl, this integration is requiring us to log into 2 systems for the same order. Highly unproductive and defeats to point of an integration with Mirakl.
Suggestions or will this need to be an obvious feature request?
