From pulling up the account, it looks like this has been resolved, but I still wanted to reach out! When we see this type of behavior where orders are not importing, it can be attributed to a number of things such as Order Status, Refresh Date range, and even a store connection issue. Due to this, my recommendation whenever we have orders that are not importing, would be to reach out directly to the Support Team so that a more direct investigation into your account/store connection.
