Hello ShipStation peeps!
I have an ongoing problem where my european trade orders (so going a particular shipping method and over a particular value) are automatically being marked as 'Completed' in WooCommerce (and oddly enough being allocated a FedEx tracking number) which means they never appear as 'Awaiting Shipment' thus dont get sent.
They still appear as 'Shipped' in SS but dont have a courier, tracking number etc. attached to them.
There seems to be this function on ShipStation:
https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026157691-Mark-Orders-as-Shipped which could do the same thing but I didn't switch it on/ cant see how it would switch off.
Please help!
