I am the sole proprietor of my LLC and am the only one who will use Ship Station under my account. I just found that I do not have permissions to do anything; not sure why that is, considering I went through the setup with Ship Station over the phone. I need to be able to add an additional channel (eBay) to my existing account. Does anyone know how to do this or how to change my permissions? I tried but everything is grayed out.

You can change your permissions by navigating Starting at Settings (gear icon in the top right) > Account > User Management > Edit next to your profile > Give yourself every permission on the check list (including and especially admin). From there, navigate to Settings > Selling Channels and you should be able to add those selling channels as intended.
If you have made these checks and are still experiencing this issue, I would advise you to reach out to the support team.
