I use a tool called Zest for customer's to place multiship orders. The order flows through Shopify and provides the following:
I can't figure out how to break out the field from the section. Any ideas?

Thank you for your post in the community. Currently because you are using a third party application Zest that is not integrated plateform with ShipStation these fields can't be mapped into ShipStation.

After checking in with our support team, we found that the field is combined in Shopify due to a third-party integration connected to your store. If you were using Shopify independently, the data would likely pull in without the additional information.
