break out fields from shopify order

I use a tool called Zest for customer's to place multiship orders. The order flows through Shopify and provides the following:

• Additional details "Gift Note" Field -> ShipStation "Gift Note" Field
• Additional details "Shipping Date" Field -> ShipStation "Ship By" Field

I can't figure out how to break out the field from the section. Any ideas?

Thank you for your post in the community. Currently because you are using a third party application Zest that is not integrated plateform with ShipStation these fields can't be mapped into ShipStation.

What is going on ? This issue has persisted and there is still no solution? This is something NEEDS to be fixed

After checking in with our support team, we found that the field is combined in Shopify due to a third-party integration connected to your store. If you were using Shopify independently, the data would likely pull in without the additional information.
