Hello there:
I am a tiktok shop seller, and have been using shipstation for 3 months, when i first started everything was smooth and perfect. As soon as November hit, my sales dropped significantly. Upon further investiagation i discovered that buyers are unable to complete their orders, i have tried it myself to confirm that its actually not working. so as soon as you insert the address for the order you get a message saying
"SELECT ANOTHER ADDRESS ITEMS CAN'T BE DELIVERED TO THIS ADDRESS. TRY ANOTHER ADDRESS"
I have shipping template set to ship to all 51 states but no matter what i do orders are not being completed. After Switching to Tiktok shop Shipping orders are flowing perfectly, the issue is i only charge 4.99 per item where as tiktok charges the customer 6.79 which is decreasing my sales due to the excessive shipping cost. I would like to continue using shipstation but i am unsure how to proceed to fix this issue. I have tried emailing and calling my sales rep but i have not heard anything back from them since last week.
If anyone can shed some light into this issue that would be great !
