Hello All
The order source is AMZ direct store, we meet a serious trouble that the order are missing very often.
We have to manaul check the order whether come to SS every day, if not we have to contact support ( of course, i have done on refesh or re connection store, it is not working)
The support will resync the stoe "in the back end" then the missing order appear to store.
however, it is delay our shipment and impact our performance on AMZ.
It is annoy I have to ocntact support for missing order every day, is there have a good way to solve it?

If you are using "Auto-Routing", disable it. It has a glitch. If not and ShipStation does not dig into to find the issue, contact the CEO through LinkedIn, they solve it in an hour. Otherwise, you may need to wait for months.

NO, we don't use Auto-Routing.
Thanks for your advise, the situation seems a little improvement but we still manaul check every day just incase
the order will not miss again.
