Ability to Generate a custom declaration after an order is imported.

I have ran in multiple instances where my customs declaration was empty and I had an very long order to then manually create the declaration.

I have been looking for a way to force Shipstation to create said declaration from the order information.

A feature like this in "Other Action" would help and save a lot of time to people with this issue.
