It would be very advantageous to have the ability to customize return reasons in the return portal.
When customers initiate a return, there is a drop down with predefined reasons as why the item(s) are being returned. Unfortunately the reasons are virtually non-applicable to our business (apparel).
In Shipstation's online documentation regarding the returns portal, it mentions about using that data to reduce returns and even gives the example below.. but the return reason of "too small" doesn't even exist.
Example 2: Are you getting several exchange requests because customers report the size of the apparel is too small? You may need to add a disclaimer on the product page stating the item runs small, and recommend your customers order a size larger than usual.
There have been other inquiries with this opened up in the community board area, so there is definitely an interest in this functionality even outside of my use case.
