Add Automation Rule to Add Harmonization Code to All Orders

Hello.  All of my orders use the same Harmonization Code.  Can we have an Automation Rule added that will set a Harmonization Code to all new orders?

@EricsPP You can already do so in the settings, it is not an automation rule, but in Settings > Shipping > International Settings, you can input your default customs information where you can put the Harmonization code that you always use.

Settings > Shipping > International Settings > Customs Declarations --> Use Pre-Defined Values --> Harmonization Code = xxxx.xx

I made the changes.  Let's see if this works.
