We ship an expensive part for agriculture to support a data service but this needs to be returned at the end of the season for refurb. This qualifies for a Temporary Export (less than 12 months) and we retain ownership so tariffs do not apply. We tried to communicate this by editing pdf of shipping documents to explain this but customs often gets confused or doesn't see the note. If there was a simple check box that the item qualifies as a Temporary Export then customs would not get confused and parts would go through quickly. Handled better on other sites.
