Perhaps one of our wonderful community members has a solution for scanning the serial numbers into ShipStation. My recommendation to have that number in the ShipStation system would be to use either one of the custom fields or an internal note.
I can confirm that currently we are not working on serialization tracking, but we are always looking to the future! I'll move this over to our Ideas section where it can be voted on for potential consideration!
This request dates back to 2019! SS won't do it because it doesn't generate revenue for them. They will continue to increase the label cost tho! Wait for it.
