Auto Restore an Order when it's restored in WooCommerce

When an order is cancelled in WooCommerce then its cancelled in Shipstation. However, if we un-cancel an order in WooCommerce and move it to processing it does not un-cancel in shipstation and move back to Awaiting Shipment.
