I often need to make a minor edit to an existing customer. Why can't I do that manually? It's a bit ridiculous that I have to upload a CSV to make a single change when it could be done in seconds. Also, once a customer is created, why can't they be edited manually? Again...upload a CSV to fix a single item. This seems archaic.
