Bring back the combine order warning

Previously if a user were to accidentally attempt to combine two orders that had mixed names or addresses, the system would kick up a confirmation to ensure that the user realized this.

Now, if someone is combining orders and they accidentally do this, there is no warning. The combination goes through as normal and the user won't ever know any better until a buyer is upset with them about not getting their order, even then you'd need some detective work to figure out what happened with their order.

Please bring back the warning screen or at least have the option to have it.
