The entire purpose of using ShipStation is to benefit from the preferred carrier pricing and integrated automation.
Because it is not possible to schedule a pickup for Canpar on ShipStation the only solution is to go to the Canpar site to manually create a pickup request. To do so, Canpar obliges us to create one waybill on their website. The rate is much higher and defeats the purpose entirely.
Everything is currently linked to our website to ensure a smooth, automated process without manual intervention. Having to log into another platform to redo work manually is inefficient and contrary to why we use ShipStation in the first place.
Unless there is a proper solution in place, we will unfortunately have to suspend using Canpar through ShipStation, as the process is currently not viable for our operations.
