Hey everyone
I’m trying to determine the fastest way to obtain shipping estimates for a large bulk order being sent to multiple different addresses, without manually entering each one into ShipStation.

Has anyone found an efficient method or tool (within ShipStation or outside of it) to:

  • Upload multiple addresses at once

  • Get a rate or cost estimate for each destination

  • Ideally export or view them together?

  • Present them to client in a professional way

Looking for the quickest way to quote bulk shipping for multiple clients/locations. Any tips or workflows that have worked well for you would be super appreciated!

Thanks in advance

Hello @OMacaron!

First, welcome to the Community! We're so glad you're here. This space is an excellent resource for finding answers, sharing feedback, and suggesting new product features—we hope you find it helpful and inspiring!

Regarding your questions, currently, there is no way to generate a report that shows multiple rate estimates for numerous addresses simultaneously. That’s a fascinating idea and would make a great feature request!

As a workaround, you could upload those addresses as orders via CSV and view the rates provided per Rate Shopper. ShipStation would then apply the cheapest rate to each order in your Orders grid. Keep in mind, though, that in this scenario you would only see the single lowest rate for each order—not a complete comparison of all available rates.

This is such a great feature idea, and we’d love to hear what the Community thinks!  If you’d like to see this feature implemented, please give this post a thumbs up or share a comment on how it would improve your shipping workflow. Every vote and comment helps show demand and makes your voice heard—let’s make this happen together!

Happy Shipping!
