We received 10 orders from a mail-forwarding company. Each order contained different set of numbers (i.e. ABC123444, ZXY222399, etc) AND 1 same buyer name 'John Doe'
Shipstation thought it was going to 1 buyer and alerted us to combine. It resulted in chaos and 10 different a-to-z claims.
Feature request:
Change so that SS only alerts when Ship to name EXACTLY matches, not just when it 'contains' same name.
