Combine orders only with matching addresses

The combine order feature doesn't prevent merging orders from completely different recipients. There should be some option or very obvious warning when trying to do so. 

At the moment it just pops up a list of the items and addresses to pick the surviving information, however when merging dozens of individual orders, it's easy for the bad ones to not be seen since they are way down the bottom of the list.
