With the new layout, when we create a new shipment from an old order, it no longer prints the packing list and the order's details are not editable to add the products we need to ship. So now a blank label gets printed out with the new shipping label.
I contacted support and was instructed to print the old packing list and then create the new label.
Few things about this:
Most of us are using Shipstation to automate our shipping process - we are essentially looking to save time and money. This change has made the process of creating shipments for lost packages longer and it wastes 1 label for each occurrence. No longer saving time or money for lost orders.
I highly recommend Shipstation to change back the settings for creating new shipments for older orders.
Not being able to add products makes this feature totally useless.
