Customer Record Hyperlink

Would be great to offer a hyperlink from the order level that would take you to that specific customer's history within ShipStation. Hovering over the recipient name will show past purchases, but there is no way to quickly jump to the record to see more specifics. Opening a new tab within the browser would be best.

This is a terrific idea! I'm glad to see that you know about the hovering option so that you can see some of that history, but wanting a more complete record via link is an understandable desire.

This is the perfect place to post this, hopefully some more members like yourself will vote on this for potential implementation in the future. 🙂

Bumping to try to get more support. Quick access to previous customers would be a very helpful feature.
