Cut-off time by service

I think it would be awesome if we had the ability to set our cut-off time(s) per service.

My carrier(s) pick-up time at different times. USPS around 10:30am, FedEx Express around 2:45-3:00pm and FedEx Ground/Home around 3:30-4:00pm.

I definitely see why this type of staggered cut off time would be desirable.
