We have had persistent missing orders for weeks- 

We have reconfigured the store multiple times, we have opened multiple tickets, we have chatted and spoke on the phone with many representatives. 

I just spoke with a phone representative who said they could request a supervisor to follow up, but with no timeline attached.

We have specifically emailed the API support team and received no response despite multiple emails. 

Can someone advise where to get actual assistance with a business critical issue?
