Edit Return Notes

We need to be able to edit return notes for customers that we generate return labels for. Once you enter a return note and leave the page, you cannot go back and edit the notes. Customers change their mind all of the time and we have no way of documenting this in shipstation. 

I feel like this feature existed before you did your most recent update.
