Some carriers do not appear to have a standard method of updating the delivery status of a shipment. Case in point, Canpar in Canada. The delivered status of this shipment did not update the status correctly in ShippSatation: https://www.canpar.com/en/tracking/track.htm?barcode=D433004940000000007001
Having the ability to manually mark a shipment 'Delivered' would resolve this.
Yes! I have a bunch of shipments that were returned to us because of a bad address but I can't void the label so all of these are just stuck in "In transit" even though they have been returned to us and we reshipped the package out. It's very frustrating.
