Have the ability to amend/customise "Return Reason" in the Returns Portal

Having the ability to customise/amend the "Return Reason" list in the Returns Portal would be great.

As a business, I should be able to remove any options that don't suit me in the Returns Portal and free to customize reasons.

I definitely see why customizable return reasons could be beneficial!

We have the same need as many of the options do not apply to our needs.  It would be great to at least have the ability to decide which options we would like to show in the list for the returns.

It would be nice to either remove options or have some options not automatically generate a return label as some of the options such as "Changed my mind" aren't always accepted.
