In bulk update - for Royal Mail parcels, if you tick the SMS box, 2 radio button appear, one giving you the option to set SMS notifications with the mobile number provided within the order.
This idea is to allow ticking the email option to display the same radio buttons as the SMS option. currently is displays a field to enter a single email address freehand. This is not helpful for a bulk update of many orders to different people. See image attached.
The above idea is a workaround related to another more critical idea I have submitted, requesting that Royal Mail email and SMS notifications being set to 'yes' be added to automation settings.
