Include Billing address with the order creation

This feature has been requested multiple times which shows how many customers are needing this but it seems Shipstation is adamant not to include it. I wonder how many customers they will lose, like ourselves, who need this as a feature otherwise SS can't be used at all. The processing of an order isn't all about printing a shipping label after all so I would have thought SS would have realized that by now?
