Label printed but not scanned by Carrier

Would be nice to have a report that shows a shipping label was created but has not been scanned by UPS, USPS or any other carrier.

Issues are:

- Labels don't always seem to print in batch printing, even though they all show as printed

- Labels are sometimes "lost" after printing (I know, hard to believe....)
