Live rates - checkbox to always show a particular live rate

Currently live rates only shows the cheapest shipping method rate if delivery time is identical with another shipping method's rate. Sometimes a customer would like one carrier over another (eg UPS vs USPS) so my request is for a feature to flag a shipping method to "always show" even if it is not the cheapest.

I think the feature of only showing the cheapest is a good idea. However, having the option to turn it off is important as some companies may have business practices that prefer to show the customer more options for shipping (like us!).

I absolutely see why this type of option display would be desired.
